DINESH DE SILVA

Chief Executive Officer - Bodyline

Dinesh has over 25 years of experience in different positions in the Financial and Apparel Industry and is currently the CEO of Bodyline (Private) Limited which is a joint venture between MAS Holdings, Triumph International Germany and Mast Industries USA.

Dinesh started his career at Bodyline and as the General Manager he was responsible for Human Resources, Finance, Administration and Commercial/Logistics functions. Dinesh also served as the CEO Designate at Intimate Fashions India during the process of establishing the company in India.

In 2005, Dinesh joined the Active Division as Operations Director for five years during which he brought in production systems and disciplines working closely with the MAS Lean Manufacturing team. In 2011, Dinesh was appointed the Group Director Lean Enterprise, reporting to the Chairman of MAS. During this time he was responsible for creating an understanding, appreciation and application of Lean practices across the organisation.

Prior to joining MAS Holdings in 1994, Dinesh was attached to Ernst and Young as a Management and Financial Consultant. He is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom.
